Information We Collect
PreconIntel (“we”, “us”) collects information you provide directly (account details, billing info, bid documents you upload) and information generated through your use of the service (activity logs, parse history, integration metadata).
- Account information — name, work email, company, role
- Content — bid documents, Procore data synced through your authorization, ITB drafts, notes
- Usage data — parse counts, feature interactions, log and telemetry data
- Technical data — IP address, browser, device identifiers for security and diagnostics
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, process payments, provide support, send operational communications, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not train foundation models on your content. Model improvements use aggregated, anonymized signals only — and only when explicitly covered by your plan.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We share information only with sub-processors that provide infrastructure and operational services (see Sub-processors), with your explicit instruction (e.g. Procore connector), or when legally required. We do not sell your data.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for the life of your subscription and 90 days after cancellation to support reactivation. Bid content is retained per your plan's retention schedule (default 24 months) and can be deleted on request at any time.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), multi-tenant Row-Level Security, and strict access controls. See our Security page for architectural details.
