By accessing or using PreconIntel, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Description of Service
PreconIntel provides AI-powered preconstruction software for general contractors — bid parsing, scope normalization, cost benchmarking, subcontractor intelligence, and Procore integration.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service
- Upload content you don't have the right to process
- Circumvent usage limits or access controls
Intellectual Property
PreconIntel, its branding, software, and aggregated benchmarks are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Price changes take effect at renewal with at least 30 days' notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreconIntel's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Data export is available for 30 days after termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.
