Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade instantly, downgrade at the next billing cycle. Seat counts and parse limits adjust prorated on upgrade.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

What counts as an AI parse?
One parse = one document extracted (PDF, Excel, or DOC). Revisions of the same bid within 24 hours count as one. Email-only threads don't count.
